Jessica Delaney

Jess has had a lifelong passion for aquatic systems and undertook her honours on the impact of invasive freshwater crayfish in 2002. Since this time, she has worked in both research and consulting across Western Australia, the Northern Territory, Queensland, Papua New Guinea and Timor-Leste. She has designed and implemented aquatic ecosystem surveys, impact assessments and monitoring programs for a range of clients, including mining, government and community groups. Jess has presented the outcomes of her work in a variety of ways and to a broad audience, including the development of ecosystem health report cards for stakeholders and community, and presentations at community workshops and international scientific conferences. She has authored over 150 technical reports, seven peer reviewed papers and three book chapters.
