I am about to submit my PhD thesis after three years of research in the Clark Lab at Deakin University. At Deakin, I have investigated within- and among-individual variability in metabolism and growth in the common galaxias (Galaxias maculatus), as well as how those rates change with thermal stress and across life stages. I hope my research will contribute to a broader understanding of how fish respond physiologically to our warming climate.
