Brandon Meteyard
I am the Projects Manager at NPF Industry Pty Ltd (NPFI), where my roles include data management, industry and stakeholder engagement, the Crew Member Observer (CMO) Program, and a range of projects aimed at maintaining the sustainability of all species the fishery interacts with. I have a degree in marine biology, love seafood, and care deeply about sustainable fishing. I began my career in 2016 as a scientific observer with the Australian Fisheries Management Authority (AFMA), living and working onboard vessels across all Commonwealth fisheries. During this time, I developed a strong connection to the Northern Prawn Fishery, a place known for its delicious wild-caught prawns, world-leading sustainability practices, and amazing people.
